The checklist is a set of guidelines or principles which apply whichever sort of sling you are using and are primarily concerned with ensuring your baby has a secure, supported position and a clear, unrestricted airway.
www.slingguide.co.uk is a brilliant resource - a one-stop site for background information about babywearing, why people do it and a great overview of the different types available.
